Bonnies Brunch sits tucked inside The Business Centre on Cattedown Road, presenting itself as a bright, no-nonsense cafe where locals can drop in for a hearty breakfast or a casual bite throughout the day. Its clean, welcoming space feels quietly tucked away from the usual Plymouth bustle, making it a practical spot for both early office drop-ins and weekend catch-ups.

The menu leans heavily into well-done brunch classics and comfort food staples, with particular mentions for their beef and BBQ-style burgers, as well as satisfying breakfast options like the Bacon AR Sausage BAP Sandwich or the indulgent pancake stacks featuring variations with banana and Kinder Bueno. Portion sizes are generous, and many of the dishes have a homemade touch that fits the relaxed vibe.

Regular visitors appreciate the efficient, friendly service, and the calm atmosphere that lends itself well to conversation without being overly quiet. It’s the sort of place where you might come alone with a book for a slow morning or with friends looking for a filling mid-morning meal. There's a practical edge to the setup — nothing flashy — but that suits the mix of local workers and families who stop in for solid breakfasts or informal lunches.

Kids are well catered for here, with a small selection of straightforward dishes, and the variety extends through to Sunday roasts and homemade cakes, which suggest Bonnies Brunch functions as a neighbourhood staple beyond just its namesake morning offering.

Best times to visit tend to be weekday mornings for those seeking a fresh start before work, or quiet weekend brunch hours when the cafe’s calm environment and homey plates offer a welcome pause. The staff’s friendly approach and the place’s tidy, bright layout make it a comfortable option throughout the day without the pressure of a busy restaurant.

If you can find it, then it's worth a visit. As other reviews say, the breakfast is very well done and at a very fair price (see menu photos July 2023). Clean and friendly, efficient service.

1st time of coming here with a friend and what a treat it was! Friendly staff, great calm surroundings and the eggs royale that I had was amazing! I'll definitely be back and would recommend a visit!

Fantastic little Cafe offering everything from breakfasts to Sunday roasts . This family run cafe offers an extensive menu with a large percentage of the menu being homemade, such as quiches and mouth watering cakes . Myself and a friend ate from the breakfast menu ,I had a breakfast baguette and they had a traditional breakfast, the food arrived quickly was piping hot and very tasty. Bonnie's Brunch is a great place to visit either for a snack or a full meal and at very reasonable prices I look forward to a return visit .

Lovely coffee, looked like a good food menu although I didn't eat, was in there at lunchtime and the ladies were doing an admirable job but felt a little manic.
